We have a garden around the perimeter of our backyard this year that is doing great. We had a lot of fun last year with our first garden at our house in Vermont. It's been fun doing it again this year and we love making a good garden meal. My dad came down and planted most of the garden shortly after baby J was born. M helped plant some seeds, was fascinated by the praying mantis that lived in our beans for a while, and has been a great helper watering the garden. Our garden is quite large this year with tomatoes, beets, cilantro, peppers, eggplant, basil, rosemary, onions, carrots, zinnias, zuchinni, summer squash, green onions, cosmos, cucumbers, pumpkins, cantelope, watermelon, butternut squash, and buttercup squash. Growing flowers is a new thing this year that I've loved.
