I had a fantastic birthday with some fun surprises and I even got to go skiing!I made this yummy banana split bombe. It's basically an ice cream cake with layers of chocolate, vanilla, and pistachio ice cream as well as homemade chocolate ganache, banana cake and more chocolate to top it off. It was a sort of a pain to make but seriously delicious!
