We didn't reach our weekly hiking frequency this summer but we still got in a few great ones with these friends over the summer. These photos are from a hike up above Silver Lake near Brighton to Twin Lakes Reservoir. It was kind of a trek with the little ones but we made it!
They were happy to get their photos taken since it involved climbing on these large boulders.
Also, the little paths through the trees around Silver Lake were a big hit.
