On a very warm 70 degree day in the middle of March, ski season at Sundance was soon to come to a end. M thought it was too hot to ski that day until I suggested wearing a swimsuit at which point he got very excited about the idea. J also wanted to participate. They thought it was pretty dang funny.
The snow on the very top of the mountain had the best conditions. J followed M down this big hill like a rockstar.
Just carrying a snowball to cool down.
She skied down that whole hill herself.
Toward the bottom of the mountain the snow was melting into quite the stream of water. M found it pretty funny to be snow and water skiing at the same time.
I think this may have been our last day up at Sundance for the season. March seemed too early to be done with ski season but that's just how it worked out this year. And fortunately we got a lot of great days in this year.
