M is really into trains so that became a bit of a theme this Christmas season. He regularly asked to go to the toy store so he could play with a train set, made a lot of requests to watch the Polar Express movie, and let us know that he would be asking Santa for a train set of his own.
We splurged and went for a ride on our very own polar express- the local Heber Valley Railroad. Grandma & grandpa and some cousins joined us which made it all the more fun. M was very excited though my pictures didn't quite capture the full extent of his joy. Santa's elves served us hot chocolate and cookies, the conductor punched our tickets, we visited with Santa, and sang some songs. Oh and it was soo cold that day!

Oh my goodness...where were we?!? Dang. Tyler was so into the polar express too this year! I really hope we can live close to each other again someday...!
