I got a phone call in March from my friend Betsy's boyfriend Gordon. He explained that he was surprising her with a trip (how sweet is that!?) He was planning to take her to Las Vegas to the Country Music Awards and he asked about visiting us in Salt Lake City for a day as part of their trip. I was so excited and we had such a blast seeing them. We had such a great day and fortunately Betsy and Gordon got lots of photos to document the trip (all photo credits go to them.) We went on a hike up Millcreek canyon, drove up to Snowbird and saw a moose on our way down the canyon and walked around downtown Salt Lake City. It was a short visit before they headed off to Vegas but so so much fun to see old friends from Boston again!!
